You can cancel anytime from your billing page. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the current billing period — nothing is cut off early — then your account drops to the Free plan. We don’t prorate refunds for unused time beyond the withdrawal window below. New subscriptions are covered by a 14-day EU right of withdrawal: email legal@canecron.com within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund (new subscriptions, not renewals).

Nothing you’ve already set up stops — every existing monitor and job keeps running. You just can’t add new ones past your plan’s limit until you upgrade; we show an upgrade prompt at that point.

History retention scales with your plan: 30 days on Free, 90 days on Starter, 1 year on Pro and 2 years on Business.

No. The Free plan is free forever with no card required. You only enter payment details if you choose to upgrade.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time from your billing page and the new limits apply immediately. You can also cancel at any time (see above).

Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until you cancel.

Our monitoring runs from servers hosted with Hetzner in Germany (EU). Your checks are performed from there, and your data is stored in the EU.
