By creating an account or using CaneCron ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. CaneCron is operated as an individual business by Illimar Kahar, Estonia. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CaneCron is a website uptime and cron job monitoring service. We check your URLs at regular intervals and alert you via email when a monitor changes status. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier and paid plans.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing page.
As required by EU Consumer Rights Directive and Estonian law (võlaõigusseadus), you have the right to withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at legal@canecron.com within 14 days of your payment. We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. Note: this right applies to new subscriptions only, not renewals.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time beyond the 14-day withdrawal period.
We aim to keep CaneCron available 24/7 but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions, missed alerts, or monitoring failures. The Service is provided "as is".
You may only monitor URLs and services that you own or have permission to monitor. You may not use CaneCron to monitor services for the purpose of attacking, scraping, or overloading them.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in Estonian courts, or via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
